National Seminar - Meet The Media. Meet the Media is annual national seminar hosted by the Department of Mass Media and Mass Communication, Indraprastha College for Women, Delhi University. Each year, the department's academic society "Focus" organises this event, which witnesses the presence of eminent media personalities such as Mr. Vinod Dua, Mr. Prahlad Kakkar, Ms. Shabana Azmi, Mr. Anupam Kher, Mr. Rajiv Masand, Ms. Lillette Dubey, Ms. Kirron Kher, Ms. Nandita Das, Mr. Anurag Kashyap, Ms. Mita Vashisht and many others, who join as panelists. Being a national event, Meet the Media receives vast coverage, with NDTV 24x7 being Media Partner in 2008. The topic chosen for this year is 'Commercialisation of Creativity: Media's New Wave?'
