National Public Lands Day September 26, 2009

Get 'Down & Dirty' at The Barnacle volunteers across the nation work in parks and forests, at rivers, lakes, and wetlands, at cultural and historic sites in their own neighborhoods. It is the largest single-day volunteer event on public lands. The Barnacle is a hosting an exotic plant removal party in the tropical hardwood hammock at the park and a good old coastal cleanup along the shore. Be a part of something big!
