Radiance: Live Music Wednesdays At Tower Records

All ages! Live! Free!

Nathan Wade will be performing live at Tower Records Queen Anne on Wedneday, 7/19 at 7 PM.

NATHAN WADE is busy digging up early American roots music with a rusty shovel, hooking it to the back of a pick-up, and dragging it across a broken 21st Century landscape. It's a lyrical road-trip full of loners, killers, addicts, and lost souls looking for some truth--an all-night drive where the promise of redemption and love is a blinding star that straddles the horizon line. Nathan's music finds kinship in the likes of Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Chris Whitley, Tom Waits, and Italian film composer Ennio Morricone, and the songs themselves are best described as Post-Apocalypse Americana: modern murder ballads, fire & brimstone gospel, and gothic country blues. With a voice both soulful and intimate, Nathan brings an emotional honesty and light to the darkest highways of his lyrics, taking the listener on a detour down the lost roads of a forgotten countryside and finding the most beautiful sunrise you've ever seen.
