7 p.m. Guests arrive, sign in and have Halloween Reception

7:30 p.m. Panel begins, President Lynn Friedman welcomes audience and introduces moderator. Moderator thanks the many people involved with the planning of the event and tells the audience the format for the panel

Each presenter begins with their bio for one minute and gets five minutes to do an A/V based presentation with examples of what they do

7:38 p.m. Stacy Bond does presentation
7:44 p.m. Justin Gunn does presentation
7:50 p.m. Liz Gannes does presentation
7:56 p.m. Alexander Rowland does presentation
8:02 p.m. Richard Bartlebaugh does presentation

8:22 p.m. Sarah Lane does presentation
8:28 p.m. Q&A Session begins
9 p.m. Q&A Ends, more networking
9:30 p.m. Event officially ends, clean up begins (we technically have the place till 10:30 p.m. so everyone will absolutely have time to make their presentations no matter what).
