Southern California's Fu Manchu began crafting heavy, psychedelic-tinged stoner rock in 1990 with their debut single, "Kept Between Trees." They have featured on compilations from Tony Hawk, ESPN’s X Games, and a documentary about skateboarding’s founding crews, Dogtown and Z-Boys. Fellow So Cal punkers It's Casual and Brooklyn black metalists Vagina Panther fit the bill for a raucous Saturday night.
