Winter sports enthusiasts in the Black Hills are poised for perhaps the best snow in over a decade. Mystic Miner Ski Resort at Deer Mountain presently boasts a 36" base with a total of 6 to 7 feet of great snow. 35 trails are open. Lifts will be open 7 days a week from 9:00am to 4:00pm beginning December 19 through January 4.
New to Deer Mountain is an enhanced tubing experience named Blizzard Park and a great new terrain park called Atomic Shelf. Also, Friday Night Lights--ski under the stars on Fridays from 4:00pm to 7:00pm
