In My Name is Albert Ayler, director Kasper Collin traces the life of the iconoclastic musician from his roots in Cleveland, Ohio, where he was born, to Stockholm, where he found his first success in the early 1960s, and New York City, where he wowed John Coltrane and was found dead in the East River in 1970 at the age of 34.
