This is a multimedia installation by artist Daniel Gallegos (New York City) and Mikhail Zheleznikov (St. Petersburg, Russia) about Soviet immigrants living in New York City. This is the inaugural collaboration in 'One Big City,' a project of CEC Arts Link, funded by the Rockefeller Foundation.
