C.T. Jeff Yavuz and his wife Betul Yavuz will share with us an introduction to what is Islam and how to get past simplistic stereotypes.

Both are from Turkey. Jeff has completed his doctorate this past year at Rice University and his wife is presently finishing hers in Religion Studies at Rice.
