Presented by The Music Box Theatre and The Movieside Film Festival, "Music Box Massacre" is a 24-hour marathon of classic horror films on the big screen. Taking place each October, the Massacre also includes guest filmmakers, vendors, giveaways and more.

The announced lineup, so far, includes Monster Squad, The Cat and the Canary, Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein, Equinox, Halloween 3, Freaks, Videodrome, The Shining, The Raven, It's Alive & Peeping Tom.

Audience members will also enjoy live music; vintage movie trailers; a costume contest; a Q & A with the guest director; a live auction benefiting Open Hand Chicago; and vendors selling horror memorabilia in the lobby. All of this and much more will be presented within 24 horror-filled hours for only $1 per hour!
