You may already know how to pair cheese with wine, but what about bread? The most popular cheese accompaniment, bread is rarely thought of in terms of pairing with cheese. Join us to explore how various cheeses and breads work together. Rob Kaufelt, Murray's Cheese proprietor, will introduce 8 cheeses, from fresh goat cheese to rich, stinky epoisses, while Ann Burgunder and Toy Dupree from Amy's Bread will present 8 breads from the bakery. With eight different breads and that many cheeses, there are almost endless combinations and many surprises along the way! A selection of white and red wines will be served as well.
