mudras can be thought of as "yoga for the hands," specific postures that leave unique imprints on the body and mind. these mystic gestures help to focus and direct the subtle energies of the body. mudras help to boost self-confidence, relieve anxiety, improve circulation, and inhance inner stability.

the workshop will commence with a brief discussion mudras, followed by an asana practice that incorporates each mudra. we will end with a brief candlelight meditation.
