MS Walk 2006 April 23, 2006

The event will begin with a check-in at 9 a.m. at Greenland School where bagels and juice will be available and at 10 a.m. the walk will commence.

Participants will have the option of choosing either a 3.1 or 7.5-mile route. The shorter course takes walkers around Fowler Lake, while the longer path will head north to Blue Dahlia and the Crystal Lake area.

Rest stops will be set up along the routes offering participants water and fresh fruit and Dominos has donated pizza for lunch.

Walkers have the oppor­tunity to secure prizes. Participants who have pledges of $100 get a T-shirt that day; $150 in pledges wins a free ticket to a Brewer's game and $200 gets two free tickets.

There is no registration fee for participants. Interested parties can take part in teams or as individuals. Teams are defined as four or more people, collectively raising $400 in pledges.
