I got this e-mail message from the Chop Suey today:

This is quick note to let y'all know that Mr. Scruff is a maniac. He has decided that he will be playing right at 9:00. This means the lovely Miss Kick will not be performing. For all of you that have seen Mr. Scruff at I Spy or somewhere else, y'all know that the man is unstoppable on the turntables. He's known for marathon sets of the most ecclectic and inspiring tunes that I've yet to see since. Mr. Scruff was simply superb last time in Seattle. DJ Spinna rocks a bit of the housier vibe staying very beat oriented. You might have checked him out last year at the Chop.
They are touring in support of the Verve Remixed2 release that's bad ass as well. This all equals y'all coming to Chop Suey this Friday for one hell of a party. Thanx.
