The hilarious,yet touching story of love and forgiveness, "The Marriage of Figaro" is a maze of unexpected twists and turns, mistaken identities, disguises, deceptions and double crosses. Mission City Opera's staging of Mozart's grand comic opera -- one of his most successful and enduring works -- includes a 35-piece orchestra and some of the Bay Area's finest professional singers. Mozart's beloved satire, is presented in original language with English supertitles. The Cast: Figaro-Anders Froehlich, Susanna- Diane Squires, Marcellina-Debra McVicker, Bartolo-Eric Coyne, Cherubino-Kindra Scharich, Count-David Wright, Basilio-Dan Galpin, Countess-Maryam Mahvi. Antonio- Robert Snedegar, Barbarina-Erin Lahm, Curzio-Brian Chu.

Mission City Opera invites the community and school children to particitpate in the ensemble, or as supernumeraries and technical crew.
