Seattle Center sets up a mammoth 45-foot screen at Mural Amphitheater for the second annual series of family-friendly outdoor films, Movies at the Mural, on consecutive weekends, August 1 –2 and August 8 – 9.

The movies begin at dusk; so arrive early, spread out a blanket under the stars and watch while the sun settles down for the night. The FREE films offer drama, adventure, nostalgia and fun to delight young and old alike. The schedule includes:

The Princess Bride, August 1: (1987) directed by Rob Reiner and based on the 1973 novel by William Goldman, combining comedy, adventure, romance and fantasy.

Juno, August 2: (2007) Academy Award-winning dramedy directed by Jason Reitman and written by Diabo Cody. Ellen Page stars as the title character, a sharp-tongued teenager confronting an unplanned pregnancy.
