Feature film set in 1963. The night before leaving for Vietnam, a group of young soldiers engage in a “dogfight,” with the one who finds the most unattractive girl winning a prize. The relationship of one young man and his “date” develops in ways neither foresaw. Starring Lili Taylor, River Phoenix, and Holly Near.
