Within 3 blocks, participants will meet award winning chefs and owners and savor their local, seasonal food. Devil's Gulch Ranch, a diversified family farm located in Nicasio, Marin County, within California’s North Coast region, produces rabbits, pigs, sheep, premium wine grapes and and asparagus. Sustainable, humane agricultural practices and organic farming are utilized whenever possible. Mark Pasternak and Myriam Kaplan-Pasternak, DVM, owners of the ranch since 1971, also offer agriculture and nature educational programs locally and internationally in Haiti.
Menu: organic, locally sourced seasonal pizzas; McFarland Springs trout with tarragon cream, grapefruit gastrique, toasted walnuts and braised chard OR roasted Field to Family farm’s chicken with ragout of butter braised spring onion and garlic with goat bacon and grilled asparagus; butterscotch pudding with peanut brittle and tastes of pecan pie, apple cinnamon cake and whoopie pie; wine or beer and coffee or tea.
