Mountain biking requires endurance, bike handling skills, and self-reliance, and can be performed almost anywhere including gravel roads, fields, forests, deserts, or mountains. In Mountain Biking 101 you will learn everything you need to know to “ride the roughs”. Come learn more about this exhilarating sport including where to ride, how mountain bikes differ from street bikes, and what equipment you need. Also learn how to make minor bike repairs, check out a variety of mountain bikes, and try on the gear you’ll need to go off-road.
