Plymouth's first ever light and moving image festival, in which giant colour pictures will be beamed onto the city's well-known buildings, was launched yesterday. The city centre is set to be turned into an amazing canvas of colour with building projections, dazzling digital media beams and light installations as part of the Motionplymouth event.
