Mother’s Day Dining at McCormick & Kuleto's Seafood Restaurant May 8, 2011

On Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 8, in addition to their regular a la carte menu available all day, McCormick & Kuleto’s will be offering, from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., a Mom-inspired a la carte brunch menu. Specials of the day will include Salmon Stuffed with Artichokes & Scallop Cream served over zucchini noodles with a Meyer lemon butter sauce; and Rocky the Range Chicken Saltimbocca over creamy polenta with wilted spinach and a fried sage tomato butter sauce. The restaurant will also be offering Concierge Flower Service to guests who make advance reservations. They can order flowers that will be at their table upon arrival along with a greeting card or personalized custom-printed menu. All mothers will have a chance to win a raffle prize of Benefit Cosmetics.
