On Sunday, May 13, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Arya will be serving a $45.00 four-course prix fixe Smooth Jazz Champagne Brunch and from 4:00 to 9:30 PM, a $45.00 four-course prix fixe dinner menu. Main course choices for both will include Pollo Firenze (chicken breast stuffed with ricotta, mozzarella and spinach, topped with a lemon cream sauce with vegetables); Salmon Shish Kebab; Penne Magnifico (penne pasta with sautéed chicken, artichoke hearts and sun dried tomato in a light sauce); Pollo Madera (pan seared chicken breast in a Madeira roasted red pepper and mushroom cream sauce with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables); Chicken Shish Kebab (charbroiled chicken breast marinated in an herbs and saffron sauce, with grilled bell peppers, onions and tomatoes and basmati rice mixed with black cherries); Shish Kebab (charbroiled USDA Choice filet mignon marinated in an herbs and saffron sauce with bell peppers and onions, with basmati rice topped with saffron); Zereshk Polo (basmati rice mixed with barberries and saffron served with chicken breast); Adas polo (basmati rice mixed with lentils, dates, raisons and saffron served with chicken breast); Koobideh Combination (a combination of ground beef and chicken charbroiled and served with basmati rice topped with saffron); Baghali Polo with Lamb Shank (seasoned lamb shank with basmati rice mixed with dill weed and lima beans); and select vegetarian stews: served with basmati rice. The brunch will include champagne, orange juice, soft drinks, coffee and hot tea and, for both brunch and dinner, there will be live music and a $19.00 children's (ages three through twelve years old) menu. Comparable brunch and dinner service will be available at Arya in Cupertino, with musical entertainment provided by Pasquale Esposito.
