Come celebrate Mother's Day with a delicious Champagne Brunch Buffet!

Breakfast Offerings: assorted savory quiche, french toast, apple wood smoked bacon, scones, mini croissants, cinnamon rolls and muffins. Eggs your way station: omelets made to order. Carvery station: whole roasted Tom Turkey, Top Round of Beef with scented au jus. Crepe salad station: wild arugula, roasted muscovy duck breast, smoked shiitake vinaigrette, petite crepes. Pasta station: potato gnocchi, chardonnay Lobster Ravioli, roasted shallot, basil pesto.

Lunch offerings: grilled chicken breast, roasted Mahi Mahi, caramelized onion mashed potato, season vegetables, salads, assorted cakes and tortes, truffles, petite pastries.
