Chaise Lounge celebrates Mother’s Day with Three Course Special

Chicago, IL- The Restaurant at Chaise Lounge, 1840 W. North Avenue, will offer an exclusive three course Mother’s Day menu on May 10th for $29.00. The delectable selection from Executive Chef Cary Taylor will not only indulge mom but thrill the entire family.

Chaise Lounge’s first course menu includes a choice of a Spring Mixed Salad made up of Mesclun Mix, Shaved Carrot, Roasted Tomato and Lemon Vinaigrette,
Chilled Sweet Pea Bisque with Lavender Scented Croutons and Pickled Ramps,
Chaise Lounge Signature Crab Cakes with Shaved Apple, Arugula, and Dijon Aioli or Jorge's Crepe made with local Asparagus, Baby Spinach, Red Pearl Onions and Pepper Jack Cheese.

Entrée fare features a choice of Roasted Lamb Loin and Sausage, Spring Pea Hummus made with Baby Carrots, Marinated Cucumber and Feta Cheese,
Seared Northwestern Salmon with Roasted Asparagus and Radishes, Artichoke Mousse and Crushed Coriander, or Crispy Risotto, Pine Nut Raisin Compote, Rapini, Balsamic Butter, and Grana Padana Cheese.

For dessert, give mom the sweet stuff she deserves with a Strawberry Parfait made with local fruit, Palazollo's Vanilla Gelato, and Pistachio Brittle for dessert.
