Programme for Morecambe Armed Forces Weekend
Friday 29th June
8:30 Gordon Sports Club. Shep Woolley, www.shepwoolley.co.uk/ this will be a small kick off the weekend gig, bit of a raffle etc.

Saturday, Service at St Barnabas at 2:30 including parading of Standards and hopefully the debut of a new song written specially for the day. Royal Engineers Band concert at 8:30ish, Hexagon Theatre, Lancaster and Morecambe College, hopefully will be a major fundraiser.

Sunday, March off from the tin mountains adjacent to the clock tower at approx 12:00 heading for the old dome site, Drumhead service on arrival overlooked by the public and bikers who will just have finished a ride for hounds for heroes. Following that, Concert inside the Winter Gardens. At the arena site opposite the Winter Gardens we hope to have a static WWII Spitfire display http://www.w3644.com/ and a presence by the TA from Lancaster with some of their Medical Vehicles. Inside the Winter Gardens, Morecambe Brass Band will give a concert and there will be stalls manned by various organisations around the outside.
