'Moon Tears,' the largest exhibition ever of the Mapuche culture from Chile, features more than 700 exquisite pieces of silver jewelry passed down from grandmother to granddaughter. Beyond beautiful works of art, the jewelry, textiles, and sacred objects in the exhibition record the cosmology, history, and ancestry of the Mapuche that continue to guide their public and medicinal ceremonies.
