This is a NFL style football combine for junior high and high school athletes only. This event will be held on Sunday, July 19th, 2009.

I am offering two sessions offered:

Morning Combine
Registration 8:15am
Start time 9:00am

Afternoon Combine
Registration 1:15pm
Start time 2:00pm

We have scheduled 3 hours to go through all the activities performed as they do in an NFL combine.

The events include:

o 40 yard sprint, timed by 2 coaches.
o 20 yard pro agility run, timed by 2 coaches.
o L-drill agility run, timed by 2 coaches.
o Bench press max reps. This will be available to perform with the option of the traditional 225 pound bench press or modified to having the athlete bench press their body weight for max reps.
o Vertical jump.
o Broad jump.
o Bodyweight and height measurement as well as a profile picture.
o We’ll end with the crowd favorite of position specific match-ups. No pads required.

This is the only combine conducted in this region that we are aware of, and that is geared towards the junior high and high school athletes only. No college athletes will be allowed. The aim is to expose young athletes, looking to extend their football career into college, and what it takes to move to the next level. We are here to help by not only providing the experience, but also provide a report for the athletes to submit to college coaches for consideration.

As per NDHAA guidelines, we would like to remind you and the athletes that participation in our Youth Football Combine is in no way a mandatory event.
