Every Monday, The Pearl Hotel and Executive Chef, Spencer Johnston, proudly offer "The Three Fixe," a $25 three-course dinner and extended happy hour prices all night. The concept is wallet-friendly and simple--three courses, fixed price! Menu changes weekly and features selections from The Pearl's daily menu, as well as special chef's creations. Below, a SAMPLE of a recent Three Fixe menu:

FIRST COURSE (choice of):
1. Soup: Chef's Daily Creation
2. Organic Baby Lettuce: Seasonal Fruit / Mire Poix / Tahini / Herb Vin
3. Caesar Salad: Baby Red and Green Romaine/ White Anchovie / Parmiggiano

SECOND COURSE (choice of):
1. Fresh Daily Pasta: Chef's Daily Creation
2. Fish: Skin-on Cypress Island Salmon / Grilled Baby Potatoes & Asparagus / Dill-Lemon Creme Fraiche
3. Beef: Caramelized Brandt Top Sirloin / Grilled Radicchio / Smashed Yukon Golds / Shaft’s Bleu Fondue

THIRD COURSE (choice of):
1. House-Made Desserts: Chef's Daily Creation

Served from 5pm to 10pm. Three Fixe Menu subject to change. Alcohol is not included. Daily menu also offered. Reservations not required.
