New York Vintners' resident chef will teach us how to make, store, prepare, and top delicious gourmet pizza at home. We'll learn the secrets of how to make delicious dough and fresh sauce from scratch. Throughout the class, we will taste several different pizzas and sample five different wines that are perfectly paired with fresh pizza! A New York Vintners wine sommelier will walk us through a tasting of the wines.
