"Mommy and Me" Family Backpacking Class May 4, 2006

This is an evening class that prepares for an overnight trip to the mountains on May 13-14 and is intended for mothers with children aged 5-10. It provides beginners with a backpacking experience in a positive, natural environment. Special attention is given to the parent/child relationship. Fee includes guide, meals and all camping gear, except sleeping bag. Transportation to site is not included.
Class: Thursday, May 4, 7-8 pm at the Parks Maintenance Building, 9201 Public Works Road

Trip: Saturday-Sunday, May 13-14, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
