Mom and Me Yoga classes (ages 7 months to 2 years) April 20, 2009

Children this age like to have a home environment while moms are getting fit and staying healthy. I t is also a bit easier for them to participate in a home environment so we are going to try Mom and Me Yoga at my home. Please e mail or call from the website.
The class is targeted to moms (post natal) Yoga and we will include our babies as and when they feel like joining us.

Date: May 1st week for 4 weeks
Time/Day: Monday mornings 10.30 am to 11.15 am
Venue - My Rockaway Home near the Rockaway Mall.
Price : $15.00 per class ($60.00 for 4 sessions)
