In conjunction with Andrea Zittel: Critical Space join Stephanie Forsythe of Vancouver’s molo design to explore small design, intimate temporal space making and original thinking. molo is a Vancouver-based design studio that creates and distributes unique and innovative products to clients around the world. molo is known for designing a way of working and living that sustains creative exploration with the freedom to enjoy unpredictable outcomes. The design of molo products grows from the architectural explorations of Forsythe and Todd MacAllen, who are inspired by the idea that smaller tactile objects and elements can have potency in the physical experience of a space. Forsythe and MacAllen work back and forth between the intimate scale of furniture and objects, and the larger scale of buildings, landscapes and cities. molo’s float glassware and the soft line of products (including the paper softwall) have received numerous international awards.
