Moleskine myDetour Tokyo October 15, 2009

myDetour is the Moleskine travelling event dedicated to new talents and to everyone who loves using the Moleskine blank pages for his sketching, painting, writing and drawing.

Five partner bookstores and design stores in Tokyo will collect decorated notebooks through special drop boxes. Everyone is invited to submit his work at Cibone Aoyama, Aoyama Book Center, Spiral Records, Nadiff, Tsutaya.

The author of the most amazing notebook, selected by the jury, will be invited to the next Detour city in 2010.

A selection of 10 notebooks will be published on the permanent online gallery.

myDetour is a travelling project. It has made previous stops in New York, Paris, Berlin, Milan, Istanbul, San Francisco (upcoming: 10 sept - 1 oct 2009).

Some of the best notebooks collected from previous cities will be shown in the five partner stores in Tokyo.

myDetour takes place in most cities together with Detour, the Moleskine notebook exhibition with contributors of international renown, taking place at MoMA Design Store Tokyo 15 oct -4 nov.
