Real
wealth and business empires have been built by buying small businesses that
generate real cash-flow. This half-day executive workshop provides an
introduction into the art of small business acquisitions and the practical
skills required for finding a business, valuing a business, executing the
transaction, and building cashflow.
You
MUST attend this Workshop if --
*You
want to successfully buy a business.
*You
want to learn how to use bank debt to finance acquisitions.
*You
are an employee and are thinking of transitioning into becoming a business
owner
These
classes are highly interactive in order to enable participants to explore
analytic frameworks within the context of real world decision-making.
Participants build skills through simulations, team exercises, and group
interaction. The primary educational methods used are the case study
method pioneered at Harvard and the Socratic Method. These forms of teaching
are used to stimulate rational thinking and illuminate ideas. For
