We begin with Bartenieff based floor work exercises emphasizing stability, alignment and connectivity. As we progress through standing combinations, you expand your range of motion in upright and off-center positions. Finally, Pitcher's blend of contemporary phrases allows you to explore dynamic qualitative shifts - from fluidly expressive to bound and athletic.
