A BarCamp is an ad-hoc gathering born from the desire for people to share and learn in an open environment. It is an intense event with discussions, demos, and interaction from participants. MobileCamp is a mobile-technology-themed BarCamp.

MobileCampNYC was the first MobileCamp to be held in NYC and focus on mobile technology. It was enjoyed by all, as you can see on the official page here.

MobileCampNYC2 is going to once again bring together mobile enthusiasts, explorers and professionals to share the current state and their visions for the future direction of mobility. MobileCampNYC2 hopes to support the many voices helping to unlock the potential of a truly digital life. Topics may include - but are not limited to - mobile gaming, entrepreneurship, social mobility and presence, near field communication, physical hyperlinking, mobile storytelling, the importance of open standards, protocols, and platforms, linux based devices, and mobility on other continents.

Because we have a limit of 150 participants, please send an email with subject 'RSVP' to [email protected] to register. Thank you very much!
