Mobfest November 8, 2008

Based in Chicago, MOBfest has given bands an opportunity to be seen and heard by a gathering of A&R reps from both coasts, media executives, managers, producers and other music industry professionals since 1997. MOBfest creates the opportunity to network, schmooze, make new contacts, secure current connections, and start new relationships. This year, MOBfest is branching out and will be hosting a one-day event at the Miramar Theatre. The one day format will be more concise, hosting an afternoon of panel discussions and an evening of showcasing artists all in one place. Six bands will be selected from Sonicbids submissions to perform live in front of this captive industry audience and the general public.
