Missouri Day Festival October 17, 2009

Missouri Day 2009 is scheduled to kick off October 17th and run through October 18th, 2009. After 24 years of hosting this
highly successful event, we are certain that attendees and vendors will find
this event worth attending. Our crowd for 2008 was comprised of great crafters
and the visitor attendance was outstanding, with over 40 bands participating in the Marching Competition, a bit over 200 crafters, vendors, and retailers offering their wares, and close to 15,000 people attending the Festival's numerous events.

Opening ceremonies for 2009 will be held on Thursday, October 15th. A dinner is planned
that evening. In addition, we will hold the annual parade and band day on Saturday,
October 17th. The craft village and flea markets will be open both Saturday,
October 17th and Sunday, October 18th.We will have a huge band festival, great
food, musical entertainment throughout the weekend, baby show, coloring contest,
and a host of other fun events.
