San Francisco, California 94102

The work of eight of San Francisco's best Urban Artists will be on display at Cantina April 13 through May 23. The exhibit is the first full length showing by MissionArt415, a San Francisco based Urban Art collective. The exhibit features edition prints of public art murals located around San Francisco.

The exhibit and artist reception at Cantina is the first time MissionArt415 artists and their work are officially presented to the public. The exhibit has been years in the making. The artists and organizers are motivated by the belief that much of San Francisco's urban art can go beyond the streets to impress and inspire the public while building hope within the artists' communities.

Artists featured at the exhibit include Amanda Lynn, Twick, Jet Martinez, Marc Bode, Cuba, Stan 153, Ras Terms, and Spy. These artists' original work, including the pieces on display at Cantina, can be found on the streets of San Francisco. Primarily spray artists, they have been commissioned for various public art projects throughout the city, such as Lilac Alley at 24th & Mission, the birthplace of the MissionArt415 collective.

The MissionArt415 Cantina exhibit and artist reception are free. The Artist reception will be held May 7 from 6pm to 10pm. Cantina is located at 580 Sutter Street and can be reached at 415.398.0195 or cantinasf.com.
