Miss Tess & the Talkbacks October 4, 2012

Miss Tess is a New York City-based songwriter and performer, whose "Modern Vintage" sound bridges eras and genres. Since moving from her hometown of Baltimore to Boston in late 2005, Miss Tess formed her band, The Bon Ton Parade, a dynamic combo comprised of saxophone, clarinet, upright bass, brushes on drums, and backing harmonies. Since that time, they've released several albums, including the upcoming release, 'Sweet Talk,' due to be released in October of 2012. In the meantime, in order to reflect the new creative territory they hope to forge, they've renamed their band, Miss Tess & The Talkbacks.
