Mirror Visions Ensemble January 29, 2011

For over fifteen years the Mirror Visions Ensemble, a vocal trio, has commissioned and premiered scores of new works for voices alone, with piano, and with small instrumental ensembles. In celebration of the Bargemusic series' focus on 20th and 21st century music, the Mirror Visions Ensemble performs two commissioned works which explore literary themes: Russell Platt's 'From Noon to Starry Night: A Walt Whitman Cantata' and Tom Cipullo's 'A Visit With Emily.'
