Mindo Chocolates & the USDA Cocoa Genome Project January 4, 2012

Mindo Chocolate Makers of Dexter, Michigan, and Ecuador returns to AADL to showcase their organic handmade chocolate (including tastes!) and tell us about their involvement in a special project with the Fine Chocolate Industry Association. Mindo is working with the USDA to help conduct a cocoa genome project to determine which "fine flavor" beans make the best chocolate.
