If you've been depressed in the past, this group will offer you the opportunity to learn research proven skills for reducing the possibility of relapse. Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, (MBCT), can help you make a radical shift in your relationship to the thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations that contribute to depressive relapse.
Skills include meditative practices to directly help you to achieve greater emotional stability.
