Mindful Jewish Living November 7, 2010

Jewish Gateways is privileged to present Ayeka ("Where are you?"): Mindful Jewish Living, an exciting new seminar on the spiritual dimensions of everyday life that is being brought to cities throughout the U.S. No Jewish, religious, or Hebrew knowledge is required for this deep learning experience. Ayeka engages the mind, heart, and body through Jewish teachings, honest conversation, and experiential learning. The opening session, "A Taste of Ayeka," is presented Sunday, Nov. 7, 7:30-9pm, free of charge, and with no obligation to continue. It is facilitated by Rabbi Bridget Wynne, and registration is required. Ayeka will then continue as a ten-session series on Sunday evenings, 7:30-9pm.
