Mind-Body Wellness Workshop is a free community service initiative by The Art of Living Foundation and aims at creating more awareness about healthy and stress-free way of life.

Food is one of our primary sources of energy in our life. It is said that the food we eat is what we become. As part of Mind Body Wellness Series, we look into how food affects our mind and body.

You are invited for the special talk on understanding of the foods we eat and its connection with the mind. The session will also contain yoga, guided meditation and breathing techniques.
Please note this session is open for people with any or no experience of meditation or breathing exercises.
