Milk Mustache Mobile Tour is Coming to Hartford! August 4, 2009

The got milk? Mustache Mobile Tour returns to Hartford to as part of the national Drink Well. Live Well Campaign from August 4 – 6 to encourage Hartford residents to not only live well, but to drink well with nature’s wellness drink – milk!

At events, Hartford residents can experience free, interactive activities including:
• Health assessments from a registered dietitian
• Ice-cold milk from local dairies: Garelick Farms, Guida Seibert Dairy, HP Hood, and Midland Farms
• Homemade smoothie samples
• Five-minute chair massages
• Souvenir Milk Mustache photos
• Sweepstakes for a chance to win a personal chef consultation courtesy of Real Simple magazine

The Drink Well. Live Well Campaign is traveling around the country informing residents of the array of benefits in a naturally nutrient-rich glass of milk. Residents can visit whymilk.com for tips from real Americans on how they pursue wellness and to share the steps they take to achieve wellness. In addition, visitors can download the “New Face of Wellness” report, learn more about the iconic Milk Mustache Campaign, and the health advantages of being a milk-drinker.
