Migration Morning September 27, 2009

Migration is a great time to see a wide variety of birds. If you are a bird enthusiast already or just getting interested in birding, come to McKeever Environmental Learning Center on September 27 or October 17. This program will begin with a brief introduction on how to identify birds, followed by a leisurely paced walk through three different habitats, forest, field and marsh. This time of year marks the start of fall migration, which means there maybe a chance to see some unusually species. This free program is open to all ages. Binoculars will be provided on a first come first serve basis.
