Midsummer Madness June 20, 2009

A day to celebrate those lazy, hazy, crazy days of summer.

It is the high point of the Sun, the closest contact we have with our source. In the Celtic calendar this was the Festival of Joy and of Attainment, when the Sun stays out for the longest time.
This is the peak of growth in Nature, the flowers are at their best, the crops are growing. Yet it feels as though summer has only just begun. We will welcome this time of year with Circle Dances from around the world and group sharing. No partner or previous experience is necessary.
Please bring flat shoes, comfortable clothing, vegetarian food to share.
