The reason VCs place importance on the quality of management teams is the quality and speed of thousands of decisions need to be made at unprecedented scenarios. In this workshop you will learn about the art of re-visioning your business plan so as to get your venture back on track when you hit a roadblock. Learn how to mitigate negative growth factors in the market and use decision analysis tools to deal with current challenges while keeping your eye on the prize.

You may be surprised to learn that not only does much of this activity occur right here in Orange County but also that the underlying process of preparing a company for acquisition is a well understood business methodology that can be learned, mastered and applied over and over.
