"Mid-Week Break Wine Tasting!" September 1, 2010

Did you know there are over 5,000 different types of wine grapes that are used to produce many different types of wines around the world? Come on out for our educational mid-week break wine tasting tonight and introduce your palette to a wide range of varieties you may have never heard of! Have you ever tasted a 100% Melon De Bourgogne? Some have never even heard of it, but you'll learn about it and taste it today! Ever had an Italian Garganega based wine? We'll try this light and delicious wine too. We'll also taste and learn about the Corvina grape, and its typical counter-parts, Molinara and Rondinella. We'll even try a grape that is a cross between Pinot Noir and Cinsault...To top things off, we'll taste a Mourvedre Cab blend. Learning about wine doesn't have to be subdued and overly straightforward. It can be fun, lively, educational, AND best of all, TASTY! Let's have some fun learning about and tasting exotic wines and enjoying good company with faces old and new! You deserve a mid-week-break and it's almost Wine O'Clock!
